  • Day 1: Arrive at Zurich Airport and visit Rhine falls

    Arrive at Zurich Airport keep your luggage at the Zurich Airport locker where you get small, medium and large sizes lockers and that can be used for up to 72 hours.

    Small lockers start at CHF6 for the first 12 hours and then cost another CHF3 for every 12-hour period up to 72 hours and proceed to visit Rhine falls.

    Take a train for Neuhausen Rheinfall from Zurich Airport using your Swiss Travel Pass. The journey time will be approximately 1 hour with 1 change in between.

    Once you reach explore The Rhine Falls at your leisure. It is at 23 metres high and 150 metres wide, the Rhine Falls is one of the largest and most water-rich waterfalls in Europe. It is one of the great attractions in this region. It lies to the west of Untersee in Switzerland and attracts numerous travellers who have a fascinating view of the water masses between the rocks from several platforms.

    Another vantage point is the little castle of Wörth, which lies on an island in the Rhine. There are boat trips which can be taken up the Rhine to the falls and the Rheinfallfelsen. Shorter and longer boat trips are offered. The cost will be approx. 10CHF per person depending on the duration of the boat ride.

    There are also viewing platforms with views of the falls built on both sides of the Rhine. These are reached via steep and narrow stairs (access by fee on the Schloss Laufen side).

    Later after completing the Rhine fall tour board the train for Zurich Airport from Neuhausen Rheinfall to collect your luggage. After collecting take a train to Lucerne from Zurich airport (time taken roughly 1 hr).

    After reaching check-in to your apartment/hotel. Move out to explore the Lucerne city which is the gateway to central Switzerland, situated beside the beautiful Lake Lucerne.

    Visit the Chapel bridge which is a covered wooden footbridge spanning the river Reuss diagonally in the city of Lucerne in central Switzerland. Named after the nearby St. Peter's Chapel, the bridge is unique in containing a number of interior paintings dating back to the 17th century. The Chapel Bridge is the oldest wooden covered bridge in Europe, as well as the world's oldest surviving truss bridge. It serves as the city's symbol and as one of Switzerland's main tourist attractions.

    With a few minutes of walk you can also visit the Lion Monument, or the Lion of Lucerne, which is a rock relief in Lucerne, Switzerland, designed by Bertel Thorvaldsen and hewn in 1820-21 by Lukas Ahorn. It commemorates the Swiss Guards who were massacred in 1792 during the French Revolution, when revolutionaries stormed the Tuileries Palace in Paris.

  • Day 2: Lucerne: Mt. Titlis

    Mount Titlis

    Today visit Mount Titlis which is a mountain of the Uri Alps, located on the border between the cantons of Obwalden and Bern, located at 3,238 metres (10,623 ft.) above sea level.

    Travel directly from Lucerne to Engelberg on the "Zentralbahn" railway. The journey from Lucerne takes around 45 minutes. The route from Engelberg train station to the TITLIS valley station takes just ten minutes on foot or you can hop on the free shuttle bus. Exchange your voucher for the tickets.

    To go up the mountain the 8-seater TITLIS Xpress cable car will transport you all the way up from Engelberg to Stand station. You can hop on or off at Trübsee middle station where the TITLIS ROTAIR cable car will then take you on the final leg of the ascent from Stand to the summit station at 3,020 metres above sea level. The journey from Engelberg to TITLIS mountain station takes around 30 minutes

    Use the Ice Flyer which will fly you from the mountain station to the TITLIS glacier park. And in winter, the chair lift will take you all the way up to the fantastic ski slopes on the summit.

    Also visit the TITLIS Cliff Walk which is just one metre wide and over 100 metres long. The views into the abyss below are breathtaking! The TITLIS Cliff Walk holds the record for being the highest suspension bridge in Europe.

    All kinds of exhilarating snow activities await in the glacier park in summer.

    Whiz down the snow toy run on one of our fun sit-skis, snake gliss or minibobs and let our magic carpet conveyor belt whisk you quickly and easily back to the top.

    Snowtubing is the ultimate alternative sledding experience that will see you skimming the glistening snow as you hurtle down the piste on a rubber tyre. You're sure to spin full circle several times before reaching the end of this bumpy yet exhilarating ride. It is specially designed run will keep you safely on track.

    There are restaurants at the top: Panorama Restaurant or Terrace. On your descent you can visit Engelberg a small village. There is a monastery that you can visit.

  • Day 3: Lucerne to Interlaken: Jetboat and Harder Kulm

    Today check out early around 8 am from Lucerne and leave for Interlaken (Time taken approx. 2hrs direct train).

    Interlaken is a base town for anyone who wishes to see a lot of the Bernese Oberland. It is surrounded by the Alps covered by snow. The town is situated in between two beautiful lakes that is Lake Thun and Lake Brienz.

    Interlaken has two rail stations. Interlaken Ost is the main one, Interlaken West is smaller. The street connecting both stations is the main shopping street with all the brands. The Interlaken Ost stations offer frequent train, bus and boat services to all attractions.

    After reaching Interlaken around 11 am, check in at the apartment/hotel then keep your luggage and proceed for the famous Scenic Jetboat Ride. This exciting boat trip takes you from the jet port in Bönigen to the majestic and famous Giessbach Waterfalls, thundering 500 meters down over 14 cascades into the lake. The boat captains knows the lake inside out and give you information about the surroundings and the region.

    Then they take you on an unforgettable boat tour peppered with impressive scenery, unique driving sensations, the right amount of adrenaline for everyone to fully enjoy, full 360° spins and a good amount of time on the water! This is the best activity that you will never forget.

    Visit Harder Kulm the viewing platform at 1,322 metres above sea level he would graciously look down upon Lake Brienz and Lake Thun, or admire the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The Harder Kulm Panorama Restaurant is reminiscent of a castle.

  • Day 4: Interlaken: Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe & Visit to Trümmelbach Falls

    Wake up to one of the most exciting days of your 6 days Switzerland itinerary.

    Hop on to a train from Interlaken Ost to Jungfraujoch - Top of Europe with 2 changes at Lauterbrunnen or Grindlewald and last change Kleine Scheidegg. Then ascend by the Jungfrau Railway from Kleine Scheidegg to the magnificent mountain world of eternal ice and snow, Jungfraujoch-at 3454mts, the highest railway station in Europe.

    Once on top see the Ice Palace the tunnels of ice, which offers a frosty at minus 3°C. Mountain guides created the aisles and halls in the 1930s with picks and saws in the middle of the Jungfraufirn. Now they are adorned with frozen sculptures of eagle, penguin or bear.

    The Sphinx Terraces offer a panoramic view of the Alps. Enjoy the wonderland of ice, snow and rock around the Aletsch Glacier, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

    On your way back you can get off at Lauterbrunnen hop on to bus no 141 and visit the famous Trummelbach Falls. With its ten glacial waterfalls inside the mountain, made accessible by tunnel lift, the Trümmelbach waterfalls are truly unique in Europe.

  • Day 5: Interlaken to Zurich

    Zurich, Switzerland

    Today check out and proceed towards Interlaken station and board the train for Zurich (Time taken roughly 2hrs with 1 change in Bern).

    After reaching check in to the hotel and keep your luggage and start exploring the city by the water, which combines creative urban life with nature in all its glory.

    Zurich is lively city with activity day and night with its unlimited events, diverse museums, and local food festival along with Switzerland's most vibrant nightlife.

    Depending on your interest you can visit The FIFA World Football Museum which is an association football museum owned and operated by FIFA.

    Today after breakfast check out from the hotel and proceed towards the Zurich Airport to board the flight.
